The subject of the contract is the supply of diagnostic kits for isolation and detection of genetic material of viruses for the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Gdańsk in five parts:
Part 1 – delivery of diagnostic kits for the detection of African swine fever virus (ASFv) DNA - as described in the price form - Annex No. 3a;
Part 2 – delivery of diagnostic kits for the isolation of nucleic acids from biological material of animal origin - as described in the price form - Appendix No. 3b;
Part 3 – delivery of kits for the detection of genetic material of avian influenza A virus (HPAI) - as described in the price form - Appendix No. 3c;
Part 4 – supply of H5/H7 detection kits for avian influenza A virus (HPAI) H5/H7 subtypes - as described in the price form - Appendix No. 3d;
Part 5 – delivery of kits for detecting the genetic material of the SARS-CoV-2 virus - as described in the price form - Appendix No. 3e;
Supply of diagnostic kits for the detection of African swine fever virus (ASFv) DNAThe subject of the contract is the delivery of diagnostic kits for the detection of DNA of African swine fever virus (ASFv) - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the price form constituting Annex 3a;
Delivery of diagnostic kits for the isolation of nucleic acids from biological material of animal originThe subject of the contract is the delivery of diagnostic kits for the isolation of nucleic acids from biological material of animal origin - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ in the price form constituting Annex 3b
Supply of genetic material detection kits for avian influenza A virus (HAPAI)The subject of the contract is the delivery of kits for detecting the genetic material of avian influenza A virus (HPAI) - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the description in the price form constituting Annex 3c
Supply of detection kits for H%/H7 avian influenza A virus (HPAI)The subject of the contract is the delivery of kits for the detection of H5/H7 subtypes of avian influenza A virus (HPAI) - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the description in the price form constituting Annex 3d
Delivery of kits for detecting the genetic material of the SARS-CoV-2 virusThe subject of the contract is the delivery of kits for detecting the genetic material of the SARS-CoV-2 virus - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the description in the price form constituting Annex 3e
