Planning service medical technology for the centralization of nuclear medicine in house 3.

The Structural Development Planning 2025 as part of the corporate strategy of the University Medical Center Leipzig builds on the strategic and performance-related objectives and represents the systematic development of the areas for research and teaching as well as health care in continuation of the previous structural development plans. The aim of the DP 2025 is to maintain and further develop sustainable university medicine in the inner-city area.

On the basis of the Structural Development Planning 2025 confirmed by the guarantor, the goals will be successively translated into structural measures in several construction sequences and developed as an independent project. On the basis of the respective project definition, the coordination of financing takes place with the guarantors. With confirmation by the guarantor, the measures are transferred to implementation. As a basis for further planning, a recommendation is used in which nuclear medicine is located by expanding the areas already in House 3. Only with this variant a complete area verification succeeds. At the same time, highly equipped existing structures of the outpatient clinic for nuclear medicine in House 3 can continue to be used. The estimated investment volume including initial equipment and without large appliances is approx. 26.5 million. EUR gross (cost QIV/2021).

The subject of this award is the services of the specialist planning for the technical building equipment in accordance with §§ 55 ff. HOAI for plant group 7 (medical and laboratory facilities) for the centralization of nuclear medicine in house 3.
