1. The object of the order is delivery consisting in the modernization of street lighting in the territory of the municipality of Radymno, including:

— Replacement of lighting (disassembly of existing fixtures, delivery and installation of lamp fixtures with LED light source)

The scope of the contract includes:

— replacement of existing light fixtures with LED light source and fittings in the quantity of 1232. The item of the order must be measured on the basis of Annex 1 to the SWZ offer form — Cost calculation. The list of the quantities of lighting points in individual measurement systems according to the power of lamps and the breakdown by road categories in the municipality of Radymno as at May 2021 is Annex No 5.4 to the SWZ,

— execution of a post-built map inventory with the location points of the listed luminaires, including their paper and electronic version, editable - vector graphics file — e.g. DWG and inventory of the number of luminaires broken down by power...

— design documentation,

— Technical specification of the execution and reception of construction works,

which are attachments to SWZ available in separate files.
