Routine operations for the replacement, rehabilitation and extension of drinking water networks and stormwater and wastewater treatment in the public space. The works are carried out on behalf of the Sablons joint drinking water syndicate, the Sablons joint sanitation syndicate and the Sablons Community of Communes, respectively, according to their own expertise, as part of a consortium. This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum.

The works, carried out under Quality Charter, concern current operations by open trench excluding trenchless rehabilitation. Replacements of reconnected network connections are included in lot n o 1. Orders may concern simultaneous interventions on the drinking water and wastewater and rainwater systems: reinforcement, replacement, extension, excluding simple connection and maintenance work.

The works, carried out under Quality Charter, concern exclusively the rehabilitation of sanitation works (rainwater and used) without trench (collector and possible connections). The resumption of open trench connections (lot n o 1) on the rehabilitated linear will be preferred.
