Open procedure, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, art. 60 and art. 157, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of engineering services concerning the preparation of the technical and economic feasibility project (partial), definitive and executive, subject to being able to entrust, totally or partially, also the services of construction supervision, measurement and accounting, assistance to testing and liquidation, safety coordination during execution, related to the realization of some interventions connecting the regional cycle network and the urban and metropolitan areas of Cagliari, Alghero, Porto Torres and Sassari, financed from the POR FESR 2014-2020 funds, Action 4.6.4., divided into two lots.
