The subject of the contract is the service of permanent, direct physical protection of persons and the grounds, objects and property of the Wrocław University of Economics, described in detail in the section No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject matter of the order.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of permanent, direct physical protection of persons and the grounds, objects and property of the Wrocław University of Economics, described in detail in Annex No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject matter of the order.

2. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the annexes forming an integral part of the SWZ, including in particular in accordance with Annex No 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No 4 to the SWZ Model of the contract specifying the scope and conditions of provision services.
