The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as services in the field of hunting and meadow-agricultural management and tourist management of the forest, to be performed in the Warcino Forest District, in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as services in the field of hunting and meadow and agricultural management as well as tourism.

Procedure: unlimited tender for the basis of Act of 11 September 2019 Procurement law

these activities consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June

1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended). Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as

unforeseen economic and economic situation. The Ordering Party reserves the right to

make reduction adjustments, increase adjustments, arrangements of new locations, as well as suspensions

perform the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, in

a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These orders will consist of a repetition of

services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar thereto in

the technological aspect of their execution. Material scope of services which are the subject of the contract

referred to above shall not exceed 50 % of this contract.

Services in the field of hunting and meadow and agricultural management. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes

total quantities of works in the field of hunting and meadow-agricultural management, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ

i.e. works in the field of pasture, land, meadow cultivation, hunting service in the Breeding Centre

Animals of the Warcino Forest District (transport of game and hunters, provision of reprimands, dogs, evisceration

game), maintenance of hunting plots, building new hunting equipment, maintenance of equipment

hunting, works in the field of securing agricultural crops from hunting damage, preparation of wild boar weapons, trophies of deer, roe deer and fallow deer, as well as transport of game. The Ordering Party requires

employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities

included in the subject of the contract consisting in the transport of hunters, transport of touts,

transport of game carcasses and mowing of meadows, if the performance of these activities consists in

performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text

Consolidated: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended. died.). At

the Ordering Party shall be guided by the following criterion for the evaluation of tenders:

1) Price - 100%

The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)

point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended –

"Forest Act") covering works in the field of ongoing maintenance of tourist facilities (including: tourist places, camping places and vehicle parking places) in the Warcino Forest District.
