The building management Schleswig-Holstein AöR (GMSH) issues framework agreements for the collection, franking and delivery of postal delivery orders (PZA) and electronic mail delivery orders (ePZA) for the state offices in Schleswig-Holstein and the state capital Kiel.
The execution of formal postal delivery orders (PZA, ePZA) is awarded throughout Germany.
Services transferred to judicial staff pursuant to Section 168 of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) are excluded.
The processing of postal delivery orders is governed by the Code of Civil Procedure and the Delivery Preprint Ordinance (ZustVV).
As a general rule, the PZA's and EPZA's have to be collected from the offices in Schleswig-Holstein.
Deliveries must be made nationally, mostly in Schleswig-Holstein.
