In this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for a complete operation for a 10-year period of the Contractor's laundries in the following departments (pool 2):

- 6 - Lervadparken,

- 12 - Mosegårdsparken B,

- 14 - The courtyard,

- 20 - The glassworks,

- 25 - Herluf Trolle Parks,

- 26 - Niels Bohr Parks,

- 42 - Thorsgården l,

- 49 - South Funen,

- 71 - Fr. Vll's Foundation,

- 72 - Hindemaevej Ullerslev,

- 79 - Highland,

- 84 - Sønderport,

- 86 - The Arrow Dam.

The winning bidder must provide all services associated with running the Contractor's Laundries in the above departments, including, inter alia, the supply and replacement of missing, outdated and malfunctioning laundry equipment, service and operation of existing and replaced laundry equipment, and soap and fabric softener filling. The winning bidder must also provide a billing software for billing as well as payment and booking software, etc.

Offering pool 2 is the second of 3 offers of laundry service. Pool 3 is expected to be offered in Q4 2019.
