Due to the significant declines in passenger volume 2020ff, it is an opportunity to use this window to equip all central security control points in Terminal 2 (SiKo E04) with a new control lane technology during operation, which has already been tested in Terminal 2 since 2019.

A complete rollout of this new trace technology due to the increased footprint requires a complete remodeling/restructuring of the current security control area including relocation of the adjacent boarding pass control and storage area (lining). The overall measure takes place in several construction phases while maintaining ongoing operation.

These include:

— dismantling the existing security checks including aviation security line and SIKO canopy,

— Establishment of a new security check including aviation security line and new canopy,

— building new media supply,

— establishment of new safety-related monitoring,

— creation of new premises,

— Renovation first-class area Lufthansa.

According to DIN 276, the planning service includes the following cost groups: 410, 430, 440, 470, 480. The aim is to develop buildings technology right up to complete installation in the rental space of the government of Upper Bavaria and German Lufthansa. Interfaces to which the tenant can connect are only created for connecting the passenger control lanes. Individual safety-relevant systems, such as fire alarm systems, electroacoustic systems, etc., are planned by the contractor. The client's specialist department is available as a consultant.

The planning services are commissioned individually in 4 project stages.

— Project stage1: execution planning (HOAI performance phase 5),

— Project stage 2: preparation of the award (HOAI performance phase 6),

— Project stage 3: participation in the award (HOAI performance phase 7),

— Project stage 4: object monitoring (HOAI performance phase 8).

Project level 1 is firmly commissioned when the contract is concluded. There is a call option in favor of the client for the other project stages. The contractor is not entitled to call up the further project stages.

The planning service relies on the plans provided so far in HOAI service phases 1 to 3. The future contractor must fully review the available planning results at the beginning of project stage 1 and adapt and complete them to the extent that they are a sufficient planning basis for the further planning he has to prepare. After adaptation and completion, the contractor must therefore take the previous planning as his own planning.
