This contract is for a single partner to assist Blackpool Council in delivering, managing and provisioning its network services in Blackpool.

Blackpool Council wishes to select a suitable partner to assist them with the design, development, delivery and management of a new and existing wide area network. It is the council’s preference that the successful solution will, where possible and where cost effective, be owned by Blackpool Council with minimal involvement of a partner who will provide designated communications provider functions, on-going network management/billing support plus options for first, second and third line support (including training for Blackpool Council IT staff members).
