The object of the order is the delivery of hardware and computer software.

Task 2: Server 8 pcs.

Task 3: Virtualization software – license for 8 physical processors +1 license for the console managing the entire virtual environment

In terms of croup. No. 1: The license for the delivered software must allow indefinite (lifetime) use.

In terms of croup. No. 3: License for the delivered software - 36 months, with a one-time payment for the license. The license guarantees 36 months of technical support/subscription.

For croup. No. 1 and 3 license must allow the supplied software to operate without access to the Internet.

Required warranty period for croup. No. 1, 2: 36 months manufacturer's warranty.

Required deadline: 80 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Other conditions of implementation in accordance with SWZ.

The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a bid for the selected task/tasks.

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware and software for the Jan Długosz University of Humanities and Natural Sciences in Częstochowa - task 1: Laptop 1 pc.

The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a bid for the selected task/tasks.

The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants.

The material scope, the quantitative scope and the requirements relating to the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ — Technical Specifications, and the requirements indicated therein should be treated as defining the required minimum level of requirements. The required functionality of the offered device cannot be obtained by using adapters of various types, splitters, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed such a solution.
