The comprehensive hazard insurance is a non-life insurance that, among other things, provides cover against financial consequences of damage related to fire, explosion, burglary, lightning strike, induction, storm, flooding (also due to hail and snow) and vandalism and / or burglary. The comprehensive hazard insurance is taken out for all buildings and inventories owned by the municipality of Asten.
The agreement to be concluded has a fixed term of 36 months, including a 'Annual Termination Clause (JO)' and a mutual notice period of four months. After the fixed term, the agreement has a tacit grant option of twelve months continuously.
