Object planning building LPh. 2-9 pursuant to § 34 ff. HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Attachment "Specific Obligations to Contract Building Contracting" (see Applicant Information.pdf from page 14).

Planning basis is a room program as well as first plans with political decision in principle.

The LVR is currently planning the construction of a two-storey, non-basement replacement modular construction with approx. 2 500 m 2 BGF for the existing buildings 50 + 51. According to the current room program with illustration over 2 floor plans (ground floor + 1st floor), 2 wards with altogether 32 beds for adults with intellectual disabilities and mental disabilities as well as about 8 beds of forensic psychiatry in the New building pull. The horseshoe-shaped / U-shaped structure delimits a courtyard, which serves as an attractive outdoor recreation area for the patient.

The aim is to continue to use existing buildings 50 + 51 until the new building is commissioned.
