In accordance with Articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code, an Order Group was formed between Saem Semader and Saem Sodiac on 01.09.2023.

This contract consists of:

- Part A: Insurance of the assets of the two members of the group for a total area of 1,172,388m²

- Part B: Multi-risk group insurance on behalf of tenants with voluntary membership, in accordance with Article 112-1 of the Insurance Code. Number of tenants: 11,924

- Part C: Insurance relating to the Alur law with compulsory membership for tenants who do not produce an insurance certificate or who have not voluntarily subscribed to the group insurance set up by the Semader/Sodiac group on behalf of tenants
