With this invitation to tender, the Tax Administration (later also the Subscriber) requests requests to participate and preliminary offers as follows:

The client has technical systems in place to ensure space safety. Descriptions of the existing systems will only be disclosed by security e-mail to persons who have signed the non-disclosure agreement attached to the contract notice with strong electronic identification. Familiarization with the systems in use is a prerequisite for participating in competitive tendering.

Tenders are invited in three different areas:

1. Camera surveillance system services and equipment

2. Services and equipment of crime reporting systems

3. Services and equipment of access control and locking systems

A tenderer may submit a request to participate and a preliminary tender for one or more areas. Each submitted application and tender is processed on a sector-by-sector basis.

More detailed descriptions of the services and equipment to be procured are attached to the invitation to tender.

The client uses the negotiated procedure in the procurement, as the services and possible equipment purchases have to be adapted to the existing systems.

The negotiated procedure shall be conducted in writing.

The acquisition is described in more detail in the appendix to the call for tender “Description of the Object of Acquisition”.

Based on competitive tendering, the Tax Administration will select one service provider for each area.
