The objective is to allow the members, staff and visitors of the Committees to access an automatic euro banknote dispenser. The concessionaire will not be required to pay a fixed financial contribution in exchange for the spaces made available for the installation of the automatic banknote dispenser. The contracting authority does not guarantee any minimum threshold of use or turnover. Pertaining to service concession, the contracting authority will transfer all the risks related to the operation of these services, including the risk related to the fluctuation of demand of the offer or both to the contractor. The contractor will assume the operating risk, including the absence of a guarantee to write off the investments made or the costs incurred during the operation of the concerned services. The contractor will be remunerated solely by the right to collect a fee from the end users.
