The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of activities in the field of the fifth level of corrective maintenance (PU5), referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on the general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles and additional works indicated in the OPZ, including post-accident repair, in a type 213Ma rail vehicle marked SA105-102, hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle". The vehicle is the property of the Lubuskie Voivodeship and their user is a licensed carrier – POLREGIO S.A. hereinafter referred to as the "User".
