The contracting authority is looking for a contractor to perform the contract. The assignment includes realization of the replacement new building for educational housing for OSBS de Kameleon of 3,072 m² GFA including gym, playroom, transition classes and toddlers, spread over three floors. The new building will be realized next to the existing building of OSBS de Kameleon at Carnissedreef 2-4 and forms the starting point for a redevelopment of the Carnisse island.
