The subject of the contract is the supply of tram turnouts and a track intersection intended for installation at Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square in Wrocław along with the right of option.

A detailed description of the item of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party contains the Specification of the Terms of the Order and the Attachments to the Procurement Terms Specification forming an integral part of it.

The subject of the contract is the supply of tram turnouts and a track crossing intended for installation on Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square in Wrocław together with the right of option.' The order will be processed divided into:

1) basic order, i.e. for Stage I covering the delivery of 3 (three) single-track double-track turnouts, 1 (one) double-track double turnout, 1 (one) single-track single turnout and 1 (one) four-track crossing, intended for installation at the B101 junction – the intersection of Trzebnicka Street, Ołbińska Street, Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square, within 25 weeks of signing the contract,

2) contract covered by the right of option – Stage II – covering the delivery of 2 (two) single-track double-track turnouts intended for installation at the B101 junction – intersection of Trzebnicka Street (from the south), Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square, within 31 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
