The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive cleaning, disinfection, internal transport, underwear management, delivery of materials necessary to perform the service with simultaneous acquisition from the Contractor providing the service to the Employer of employees employed in positions related to the performance of the subject of the contract pursuant to art. 23 of the Labor Code. The subject of the contract includes the provision of comprehensive cleanliness and disinfection services at the Employer's facilities, transport of medical and municipal waste to the place of storage, internal transport, and underwear management. The service should be performed in accordance with the requirements of the quality system implemented by the Employer. The Employer will enable the use of media necessary for the proper performance of the service. The contractor will use its own new equipment, ensuring its quantity to the extent necessary to perform the service, taking into account the needs of the Employer, in particular: service trolleys.

The scope, frequency of services and additional requirements for the Contractor to perform the service are included in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the ToR.
