This framework agreement concerns the needs of the city of Pavillons-Sous-Bois in materials and technical tools all various professional trades and hardware / technical consumables to ensure the proper functioning of the municipal services and workshops of the city of Pavillons-Sous-Bois (electricity workshop / illuminations, plumbing workshop, carpentry workshop, locksmith workshop, painting workshop, masonry workshop, road service). The Framework Agreement is divided into 7 lots. This is a single-awarding framework agreement established in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without minimum and with maximum defined in the description specific to each lot of this notice

Lot 1 concerns professional equipment and electrical consumables and illuminations necessary for the maintenance of communal buildings falling in particular into the following sub-families of articles:-Apparatus (All types)- electric heating (All types)- low current (All types)- connection and signalling (All types)- lighting (All types)- wire and cable (All types)- protection (All types)- chute, moulding and fixing (All types)the supplies covered by the contract shall be paid, as the case may be, either by applying the unit prices as shown in the unit price schedule (Bpu) or by applying the unit prices appearing in the catalogue/general tariff of the holder to which the discount indicated in the BPU will be applied. This lot is concluded without minimum and with an annual maximum of 45,000 euro (s) (H.T.).
