New canteen and classrooms GS Tannenweg
The city of Glinde is planning to expand the primary school Tannenweg to include a canteen with a foyer, kitchen, dining room/assembly room and toilet facilities on the ground floor and 10 classrooms and classrooms on the upper floor. In order to meet the space requirements, a freestanding, two-storey, non-basement building is planned with a floor area of approximately 1,080 m² (approx. 22.30 x 48.50 m), a GFA of approx. 2,160 m² and a height of approximately 9.40 m, which will be built on part of today's school courtyard.
The building is planned in skeleton construction on a 7.5 m grid with a high proportion of precast reinforced concrete elements. The façades are provided with a solid brick facing shell, in some areas with ventilated panel cladding. The roof is designed as an extensively green flat roof and PV system.
