Duration:
For a fixed period of 2 years, tacitly renewable twice 1 year, i.e. a possible total duration of 4 years starting on the day of notification of the contract. The contract will be tacitly renewed, unless the PAB concerned notifies the successful tenderer before the deadline. In case of non-renewal of this contract, no justification must be provided and it will not give rise to compensation.
Turnaround time:
The performance of the contract will begin at the latest within 3 months from the day after its notification (depending on the stock within each PAB and the production deadlines on the part of the tenderer(s).
