The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of: photovoltaic installations, solar collectors, heat pumps, biomass boilers – for households.

The object of the order is the execution of design documentation and work aimed at the implementation of investments consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of:

I – Photovoltaic installations: − 219 pcs. – for households;

II Solar collectors: − 10 pcs. – for households;

III – Heat pumps: − 44 pcs. – for households;

IV - Biomass boilers: − 4 pcs. – for households;

Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the PPL, if the project documentation or STWiORB contains a reference to standards, technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL, and such references are not accompanied by the expression "or equivalent", the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described in each standard, technical evaluation, approval, technical specifications, technical reference system.

The Contracting Authority requires that the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task is at least 10%, in accordance with Article 68 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 35 paragraph 2 point 2 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.

The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to perform key tasks personally.
