The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of travel arrangement services to the contracting authorities. The supplier may be requested to provide ancillary services for hybrid or online meetings when necessary.

This will be an inter-Agency call and the EEA acts on its own behalf and on behalf of the participating contracting authorities: Cedefop, EU-OSHA and EFCA.
