The contract is aimed at the designation of one or more service providers who will, within the framework of a 5-year contract (4 + 1 years), be in charge of the complete mission of control, maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance of Firefighting facilities in the various social housing sites of the Foyer du Sud located in Forest and Saint-Gilles.

The objective is to respect the norms and rules of safety while having a reasonable management of the expenses engendered. This reasonable management means a rationalization of the interventions (reduction of the number of contracts, the number of displacements by an organized maintenance program) and a philosophy of regular and complete maintenance in order to avoid an accelerated obsolescence of the equipment.
