B) IT Infrastructure Services

C) Data warehouse specialist services

D) Specialist Information Security Services

E) IT Management Development Services

F) Project Management Services

The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the attachments to the call for tender.

Professional services in the service area encompass the lifecycle tasks of different types of application solutions in the development and maintenance of various applications and their capabilities. Professional services may be services related to the development of architecture, integration and data storage, as well as testing. The requirements for the service area are described in Annex 3A Requirement Form Application Development Services.

Professional services in the service area comprise IT related professional infrastructure development and maintenance services in relation to a variety of solutions, environments and platforms. Professional services can relate to public cloud computing services. The requirements of the service area are described in Annex 3B Requirements Form IT Infrastructure Services.

Data warehouse specialist services that acquire the service area comprise the design, implementation and management of data storage and data pool solutions, as well as acting as experts in knowledge management. The requirements of the service area are described in Annex 3C Requirement Form Information Warehouse Specialist Services.

Procured security professional services comprise professional services related to IT development project security tasks. Experts are responsible for developing Finnvera's security strategy and architecture. The requirements for the service area are described in Annex 3D Requirement Form Specialist Services.

IT Management Development Services comprise research services, risk management and information management, and operational model development and strategy, processes and services development. The requirements of the service area are described in Annex 3E Requirement Form for IT Management Development Services.

Professional services in the service area comprise tasks related to the pass-through, phasing and monitoring of projects and projects. Service area requirements are described in Annex 3F Requirement Form Project Management Services.
