Cell Therapy Catapult requires the capacity to perform fluorescent high-content imaging using a dedicated imaging platform. Automated inverted microscope systems will not be considered. High-throughput imaging system must include a high-resolution camera to ensure high-quality cell imaging of a large field-of view. The system must come with image acquisition and analysis software. The system must come complete with filter sets for standard commercial fluorescent dyes as specified in the operating feature section below. The imaging system must be upgradable to integrate an environmental and temperature control modules, as well as a liquid handling system for assay automation.
