This tender concerns health and care services for a number of municipalities that are members of Kom Udbud. The tender is divided geographically into 9 lots. The temporary work groups included for all the sub-agreements are nurses, social and health assistants (SSAs) and social and health care assistants (SSH's)/nursing assistants/home helpers/nursing home assistants/nursing students. In this tender, nursing assistants, home helpers, nursing home assistants and nursing students are considered a substitute for a social and health care assistant. This means that if the contracting entity orders a social and health care assistant and the supplier cannot cover the shift, the supplier exceptionally has the opportunity to enter into dialogue with the contracting entity about whether the supplier may offer a nursing assistant, home helper, etc. instead. Some lots also cover unskilled temporary workers, cf. description of the individual lots.
