The subject of the contract is the readiness to provide and perform (the so-called active action) the service of winter maintenance of the roadway of municipal roads in the city of Skarżysko – Kamienna in the winter season 2022/2023 in accordance with the material scope specified in the Detailed Technical Specification - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, the draft contract and winter maintenance standards.

The detailed scope of municipal roads is specified in the list of municipal roads divided into winter maintenance standards in the 2022/2023 season.
The length of the roadway of municipal roads – zone I at the request of the Ordering Party is: 6.1 km.
The detailed scope of municipal roads at the request of the Ordering Party defines the list of municipal streets for winter maintenance at the request of the Ordering Party in the season 2022/2023.
A detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (detailed technical specification) is specified in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
Attention:
The Ordering Party applies the right of option and reserves the right to make quantitative changes to the ordered services constituting the subject of the contract, while maintaining the minimum guaranteed contract value of a given part in the amount of 30% depending on the needs.
