The subject of the contract is the execution, delivery, assembly and commissioning of all elements of equipment and equipment in the premises of the Cinema Halls along with the necessary adaptation works, conducting instructions for employees in the scope presented in the OPZ along with the provision of warranty and maintenance services, under the conditions and within the scope described in the documents of the proceedings.
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
1) detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ/OPZ) – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ,
2) draft provisions of the agreement (IPU) – Annex 2 to the SWZ.
All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.
The subject of the contract is the execution, delivery, assembly and commissioning of all elements of equipment and equipment in the premises of the Cinema Halls along with the necessary adaptation works, conducting instructions for employees in the scope presented in the OPZ along with the provision of warranty and maintenance services, under the conditions and within the scope described in the documents of the proceedings.
The Cinema Hall Complex includes: Room No. 1 (Large Cinema Room), Room No. 2 (Small Cinema Room), Room No. 3 (Small Cinema Room) and common rooms for Small Halls.
The Contractor, as part of the performance of the contract, on the basis of documents provided by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the requirements for the subject of the contract specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ/OPZ), will be obliged in particular to:
I. For a complex of three cinema halls:
1) Delivery of cinema hall equipment along with the assembly and commissioning of the main elements:
(a) a projection system,
b) cinema sound system,
c) cinema technology control and management system,
d) technological equipment (cinema technology),
e) wiring,
f) installation accessories,
2) Execution and assembly of acoustic elements in the form of:
a) spatial elements of walls,
b) acoustic floor covering with LED obstacle lighting
3) Assembly, programming and calibration of systems,
4) Preparation of the necessary workshop documentation regarding equipment assembly techniques,
5) Connecting elements to the existing teletechnical and electrical network along with commissioning,
6) Conduct instructions,
7) Granting a guarantee for the entire subject of the contract in accordance with § 14 PPU,
8) Providing maintenance service with remote service support for the period of ... months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol (the period of the service is a criterion for the evaluation of offers, the Manufacturer is obliged to indicate in the Offer Form the period for which it will provide the service),
9) Preparation of material sheets for elements of equipment of the Cinema Hall complex and submitting them for approval by the Ordering Party,
10) Preparation of as-built documentation to the extent specified in the Agreement.
II. Additionally for a large cinema hall (Room 1):
1) Deliveries with assembly:
a) 167 cinema seats,
b) effect lighting,
c) a complete 3D projection system,
d) multimedia sound system,
2) Execution and assembly of acoustic elements in the form of:
a) Covering the ceiling with spatial elements,
b) Platform under the screen,
c) Platform for projectors in the projection booth,
3) Assembly, calibration and synchronization of two analog projectors supplied by the Ordering Party and integrating them with all systems used to support digital projection.
III. Additionally for a small cinema hall (Room 2):
1) Deliveries with assembly 48 pcs. cinema seats
IV. Additionally for a small cinema hall (Room 3):
1) Deliveries with assembly 48 pcs. cinema seats equipped with a power socket.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation
and receipts shall specify:
1) detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ/OPZ) – Annex 1 to the SWZ,
2) draft provisions of the agreement (IPU) – Annex 2 to the SWZ.
