The purpose of the consultation is the supply of fisheries winches for the new regional research vessel of the French oceanographic fleet, currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in March 2025 (two trawl winches, a reel winch and two pulleys).

The contract covers design, manufacture, delivery, factory, quayside and sea trials, and training in the use of the equipment for the following :

- two identical trawl winches, one for the port side and one for the starboard side. ;

- a double reel winch with its framework ;

- two pulleys to deploy the trawl and trawl doors.

The contract also includes the following services:

- storage of the equipment on the contractor's premises beyond March 30, 2025, in the event of late delivery of the vessel ;

- spare parts ;

- extension of warranty.
