The Open University needs to conduct a non-public tender for marketing and communication services. Work covers media strategy, media planning, media procurement, and media administration (including management) for paid media. The Contractor carries out this work for campaigns and individual placements of the OU. The media placements take place mainly in Dutch and Flemish media.
Open University is looking for a full-service strategic media and performance marketing partner with knowledge of the education market, market and (media) audiences (as described below), which the Open University serves, related media landscape, and related choices behaviour to part-time and online training. Services relate to advising, purchasing media, setting up and producing (media) campaigns for the Open University, both online and offline. Feedback will also take place in the form of reports and opinions.
