The object of the purchase is the construction of communication communications (railway tracks), engineering networks, including the preparation of a work project. The works also include the implementation of all the necessary connections to the engineering networks, obtaining all the necessary permits and / or licenses, making fulfillment (geodetic) photos, transferring and uploading the executive documentation of the completed works to the Construction Current Affairs and Visualizations Portal Infostatyba.lt (hereinafter – INFOSTATYBA), and transferring the received construction completion act to the contracting authority and legal registration of the structures in the Real Estate Register, as well as all the necessary necessary measuring, testing, cleaning works and all other works necessary for the signing of the completion document and for the construction work(s) to be fit for operation (hereinafter all construction works and services are referred to as "Works").
