1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding, and nursery to be carried out in the Świeradów Forest District in 2020.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of the quantities of works

In the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and nursery resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,

- attachment No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and haulage distances

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.

The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
