1. The subject of the contract for this tender procedure is: successive delivery of ultrasound machines as part of the project entitled Modernization, reconstruction and retrofitting of the Primary Health Care Center and Specialist Outpatient Care for the University Clinical Hospital of the Military Medical Academy – Central Veterans Hospital in Łódź, hereinafter referred to as the Goods/Equipment, meeting the description and limit parameters specified in the Annex "Technical Parameters" - Annex 1a to the "Offer Form" and in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, as well as in accordance with the Appendix "Warranty and Service Conditions" - Appendix 1b to the "Offer Form".

2. The order is divided into 3 bundles (parts).
