Management of services relating to the organisation and processing of individual or group business trips, in France or abroad, for all ANDRA employees. List of tasks incumbent on the travel agency: General information (schedules, rates, companies, loyalty cards and subscriptions, visa, vaccines, car rentals, ...); Information on all constraints related to specific pricing for all means of transport and travel documents necessary for destinations requiring it (visa, vaccination certificate, etc.); The proposal of different travel solutions for each mission: whatever the destination, the Account Holder must focus on offering the best possible rate as a priority. In any case, the solutions provided by the Account Holder must satisfy the majority of the conditions set by the issuer of the travel or car rental request at the most advantageous rates; The reservation and issuance of plane and rail tickets. The use of the electronic ticket and any form of dematerialization of the ticket or reservation is the rule, except in case of duly justified impossibility; The issuance and management of subscription and/or loyalty cards of transport companies when the latter are professionally justified; The reservation of vehicles in Short Term Rental (LCD) without driver under the conditions negotiated by ANDRA with the selected rental company or other rental companies; Hotel reservations when desired, in accordance with ANDRA's refund policy; The transmission of annual statistics on all trips; The production of an annual report on the carbon footprint, CO2 rate, for all trips (DGAC / ADEME standard); The implementation of computerized passenger profiles to bring together all the information specific to each traveller on a single medium. These profiles are and remain the property of ANDRA even in the event of termination or at the end of the contract. The Holder undertakes not to publish, use or disseminate, even partially, without authorisation from ANDRA and to return them at the end of the contract; For the use of the online booking tool: The supply and implementation of a booking tool on approximately 70 ANDRA workstations, available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day; Assistance between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to approximately 70 ANDRA users; The maintenance of this booking tool, without logo or advertising message. Maintenance must not make the booking tool unavailable for more than 4 hours. ; Ensure compliance with the proper use of the online booking tool in compliance with Andra's travel policy.
