The subject of the contract are: property protection services for the protection of the objects of the Property Management Plant in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw in the period from November 29, 2019 from 14:00 to 30/11/2020 until 14.00.

I. Security services (property supervision) at the five headquarters of the Property Management Plant in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in the period from November 29, 2019 from 14:00 to November 30, 2020 until 14:00.

The scope of property protection includes the objects of the Property Management Plant in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw at:

1. street Bema 70

2. street Ciołka 33

3. street Wawelberg 15

4. street Nowolipki 16

5. street Ogrodowa 28/30

Total usable area of the above objects: 44 50.33m 2

1. Time of service of an employee (physical protection): from 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

In addition, it should be included in the price for each of the 5 facilities, 5 roster (70 hx 5 locations = 350 h) performed by a physical security officer in the so-called "emergency" (failures, repairs, etc.) in the hour. 6: 00-20: 00.

2. Security monitoring 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day.

II. Monitoring equipment

The orderer transfers the existing monitoring system, which should be adapted to the compatibility with the contractor's signal monitoring center and should be reviewed and maintained to the extent necessary before commencing the performance of the order. In addition, the price of monitoring should include the cost of about 50 operations consisting of ripping and handing over monitoring recordings to DVD to the contracting authority. The headquarters have sealed rooms to which the Contractor should calculate the costs of delivering pouches and successively seals. Detailed conditions and the manner of the contract performance are specified in the contract template with attachments.

Social Clause

The social clause will be used as the social criterion for assessing offers.

Based on Article. 29 paragraph 3a The Employer requires that at least 2 people directly participating in the implementation of the security service be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor under a contract of employment at work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

Sanctions for failure to comply with employment documentation are specified in the contract template attached to the ToR.

The contract is awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate proceeding (pursuant to Article 32 (4) of the Public Procurement Law).
