1. The subject of the contract is the supply of server infrastructure and network equipment for the needs of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, divided into 2 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes No. 1.1 and 1.2 to the SWZ

2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted:

part 1 – delivery of server and backup infrastructure equipment with software, in accordance with Annex 1.1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract - technical specification of the offered equipment,

part 2 – delivery of network switches, in accordance with Annex 1.2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract - technical specification of the offered equipment.

Delivery of server and backup infrastructure equipment with software, in accordance with Annex 1.1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract - technical specification of the offered equipment and designed contractual provisions constituting Annex 9.1 to the SWZ.

Delivery of network switches, in accordance with Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract - technical specification of the offered equipment and draft contractual provisions constituting Annex 9.2 to the SWZ.
