The municipality of Askola is applying for a service provider for care and property maintenance services for sports areas. The agreement has a fixed-term duration of four years from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026. The agreement includes two (2) option periods of one (1) year (1 July 2026–30 June 2027 and 1 July 2027–30 June 2028).
Service production includes regional management of sports areas and property maintenance during the summer and winter season, area management of bathing areas and property maintenance during the summer season, the construction and maintenance of ski tracks during the winter season.
The areas covered by the agreement and their tasks are specified in the working description and in the attached documents for the Sports Areas of Askola.

The contract and service production will begin with the selected service provider on 1 July 2022.
The agreement has a fixed-term duration of four years from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026. Presentations of the sites will be held primarily during week 20, 16 -20 May 2022. In the alternative, the presentation of the sites can also be arranged during week 21, 23-25 May 2022. The customer requires that the tenderer has familiarised himself with the sites before submitting his or her offer.
For the presentation of the destination in week 20, the provider must inform the subscriber of their participation in the presentations by sending an e-mail notification entitled "Notification item for presentation" to the email address esko.halmesmaki@askola.fi 12 May 2022 at 3.00 p.m. The information provided by the provider must be provided in the notification. The subscriber is the target in connection with the bidders who have submitted the demonstrations and agrees on the presentations separately with the bidders.
For the presentation of the destination during week 21, the provider must inform the subscriber of their participation in the presentations by sending an e-mail notification entitled "Notification item for presentation" to the email address esko.halmesmaki@askola.fi by 3 p.m. on 19 May 2022. The information provided by the provider must be provided in the notification. The subscriber is the target in connection with the bidders who have submitted the demonstrations and agrees on the presentations separately with the bidders.
Tenders must be submitted by 12.00 p.m. on 8 June 2022 using the tender form in the tender documentation. All the requested entries must be filled in on the quotation form. The quotation form is in both pdf and word format in the tender documentation. The tender form may not be amended in any form, but only the missing and requested items shall be completed. An incompletely completed tender form will result in the rejection of the tender. The tender shall not be accepted by the tenderer's own terms and conditions. The offer must be submitted in the requested form. When comparing accepted offers, the customer uses the total economic advantage, the lowest price presented for the contract period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026 (48 months), the lowest price.
The procurement decision will be made by the Technical Board of the Municipality of Askola on 8-10 June 2022. The contract for service production will be concluded during week 26 at a separately agreed time.
