The EVE service, through the active utilisation of a recovery based individual personal development plan, support an individual to realise opportunities in achieve personal goals in respect of education, volunteering and paid employment.

As well as directly supporting volunteering, employment and educational opportunities, the nature of this programme will require that the EVE Service will develop a wide range of external links with a range of specialist and mainstream universal service providers so to enable individuals to realise their goals.
