This market is a central purchasing office for the production of a Land Quality Report (RQT) by an approved expert, within the framework of the Walloon government decree of 5.7.2018 relating to land management and traceability and amending various provisions on the subject.

These land quality reports will be established at the request of the various members of the central purchasing office, within the framework of their various sites which require management and characterization of their excavated or excavated soil.

Different orders may be placed with the contractor by different contracting authorities, on the basis of the items defined in the technical clauses, depending on the needs of each contracting authority.

The various orders must imperatively be carried out in accordance with:
