The subject of the contract is: "Collection and transport of waste from the City and Commune of Płoty in 2023 in the period from 01.02.2023. until 31.01.2024

The subject of the contract is: 1) collection and transport of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live, within the administrative boundaries of the Płoty Municipality. 2) Operation of the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) open daily from Monday to Friday, except for holidays for at least 8 hours a day between g. 7:00 a. and 5:00 p.m., including two days a week until 5:00 p.m. a) In the municipal PSZOK, the following fractions of separately collected waste should be compulsorily collected from the inhabitants of the Płoty municipality: • paper, • metals, • plastics, • glass, • multi-material packaging waste, • bio-waste, • hazardous waste, • expired drugs and chemicals, • waste ineligible for medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, • used batteries and accumulators, • waste electrical and electronic equipment, • furniture and other large-size waste, • up to 100 kg per year of waste roofing felt, • used tires in the amount of not more than 4 pcs. per household, • construction and demolition waste in an amount of not more than 500 kg, 2 times a year per household, • other waste specified by local law or higher law. b) The tasks of the municipal service PSZOK will include controlling waste in terms of its type, origin and correctness of selection. 3) collection and transport of waste from real estate residing in the city and municipality of Płoty, 4) collection and transport of waste collected at the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). (5) Waste shall be collected and transported separately for each separately collected fraction of waste so that waste is not mixed during transport. 6) distribution by the Contractor of bags for collecting municipal waste, 7) the Contractor will create a Customer Service Point in the town of Płoty, open daily from Monday to Friday, except for holidays for 8 hours a day between 7:00 and 15:00, including two days until 17:00. a) The tasks of the Customer Service Point will in particular include: • issuing bags for waste segregation referred to in point 7, • recording and settling the issued bags, • in the case of introducing paid distribution of bags, collecting fees, issuing sales documents, paying the collected fees to the bank account of the Płoty commune and settling the issued bags and collected fees. • issuing waste collection schedules, • informing about the method of waste segregation, • accepting reports of irregularities regarding the collection of waste, b) As part of fulfilling this obligation, the Contractor is obliged to mark this point (premises, building, etc.) by placing a sign or banner in a visible place, etc., which will be visible from the street. It is to contain at least information such as: • Customer Service Point • run by: name of the Contractor + address of the registered office • created for the purpose of the task granted by the Commune of Płoty, entitled: "Collection and transport of waste from residents of the Commune of Płoty" • opening hours.
