The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 01 07 – mixed concrete waste, brick rubble, waste ceramics and equipment other than those listed in 17 01 06 in one of the recovery operations: R5 and/or R12 and/or disposal D5 in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from ZUOK in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 01 07 – mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements other than those listed in 17 01 06 in the amount of 800 Mg in one of the processes recovery: R5 and/or R12 and/or disposal of D5 in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) (basic order).
