The procurement is divided in 3 independent tender competitions where the tenderers are evaluated based on given award criteria for each tender competition. The awarded contracts will constitute individual units after the contract signing, and prolongations, if any, are subject to separate evaluations. The tenderers are therefore invited to submit one or several separate tenders divided in the given tender competitions, under the geographical areas listed below. Further divisions are not accepted.

1.1 Geographical limitations for the areas tenders are invited to submit one or several tenders:

Tenders shall be based in geographical places/locations for each area.

1. Market area Hålogaland department North part I:

The Narvik area (mainly Bjerkvik).

2. Market area Hålogaland department North part II:

Andøya municipality (mainly Andøya air station).

3. Market area Hålogaland department North part III:

Harstad, Evenes and Tjeldsund municipalities.
