The city of Dinkelsbühl is planning to build a new parking garage in the campus area on the Südring in Dinkelsbühl.
For the specific measure, a study was commissioned that provides for a two-storey building with 115 parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the indoor swimming pool, the Christoph von Schmid primary school and the “old secondary school”.
The gross costs are estimated at around EUR 1.8 million for cost groups 300 and 400 (DIN 276) and EUR 2.3 million gross for cost groups 200 to 700 (DIN 276).
The following milestones are planned:
- Start of planning: February / March 2021,
- Start of construction: autumn 2021,
- Completion: summer 2022.
It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:
Project planning buildings, work phases 2 (partially) and 3-9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI.

First, in commissioning stage 1, service phase 2 (preliminary planning; partially) is commissioned in accordance with Section 34 HOAI. The service phases 3-9 are called up in the further commissioning stages. There is no legal entitlement to an overall commissioning.
