The Property Department of the Parish Group of Helsinki (going to be the subscriber) is requesting an offer for the acquisition of group plants in accordance with this call for tender and its annexes. Group plants are sourced for care graves in parish group cemeteries.
The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annexes 1, 2 and 2.1 to the RFQ.
The subscriber selects one (1) suitability supplier for each part of the offer with which it enters into a supply agreement. Acquisitions during the contract period are primarily made from the best-ranked bidder in competition.
The agreement is a framework agreement. The duration of the actual contract period is two (2) years. The subscriber reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for two (2) option years, one year at a time from the end of the actual Framework Agreement period.
The acquisition amounts presented in the invitation to tender are estimates,
The subscriber places orders in the context of the appropriations and the contract does not constitute an obligation to purchase the subscriber. Subscriber
does not commit to any specific quantity during the contract period.
The procurement decision is made by a qualified entity according to the Bylaws of the Helsinki Parish Union.
