1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of pharmaceutical products.
2. The subject of the contract shall comprise 61 tasks. The tasks are indivisible and form a whole.
3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders and shall not limit the number of tasks for which the Contractor may submit its tender.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. All the parameters and technical requirements specified therein are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as not complying with the terms of the contract.
The Contractor is obliged to deliver the assortment being the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's registered office at its own expense, and to unload it at the following address:
