The City of Houilles, project owner, wishes to set up a contract for technical control and coordination of fire safety systems (CSSI) as part of the works. It is in the form of 2 lots: - lot 1 "Technical inspection mission"; - lot 2 "ISS coordination mission". The technical specifications are defined in the special technical clauses of each batch (Cctp)
"Technical inspection mission"the City of Houilles, project owner, wishes to set up a contract for technical control within the framework of: - an operation bringing together several stakeholders: external or internal project manager to the technical services, design office, Scheduling Steering and Coordination (Opc), Coordination Sécurité Protection Santé (Csps), contractors; - major maintenance work carried out by an agent representing the client with one or two contractors requiring technical acceptance. The technical inspection missions, carried out within the framework of this contract, concern the development, rehabilitation, restructuring and construction of buildings belonging to the city. Their purpose is to ensure that installations, equipment, facilities and works are established and carried out in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force - eRP and Labour Code. The inspection takes place during the design and execution of the works until the end of the guarantee period of perfect completion, during which the technical controller's interventions are requested by the contracting authority. The technical inspector shall intervene at the request of the contracting authority and give his opinion to the latter on technical problems. This opinion covers problems concerning the solidity of the structure, the safety of persons and the technical specifications requested.
"ISS Coordination Mission"the city of Houilles, project owner, wishes to set up a contract for the Coordination of Fire Safety Systems (CSSI) as part of the works. The SSI coordination missions, carried out within the framework of this contract, concern communal buildings governed by the Fire Safety Regulations and the risks of panic relating to Establishments open to the public. An SSI coordination mission concerns a single building, whether for the installation of a new SSI or for the evolution of an existing installation. It must cover all the intervention phases from implementation to acceptance of the works.
